I am a Full Stack web developer for the State of Maine - Office of Information Technology. I work extensively with Java EE Applications, and have strong experience in Java, PLSQL, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and in many associated libraries including Spring Security, jQuery, jQuery Datatables, JSRender, Jackson Mapper Utilitites, and many more. Originally from a Microsoft-Stack background, I also have strong skills with C#, C++, and MVC apps. Along with this, I have designed several web applications throughout my time utilizing ADFS SSO and Cloud-based solutions. I have experience with SQL Server as well, and have developed alert systems that monitor database uptime and overnight job processes to ensure quality of services for associated agencies.

Education

After having taken dual-enrollment courses through high school, I went to Kennebec Valley Community College in Fairfield, Maine for my 2-year degree.

Upon completion of my 2-year, I transferred to Thomas College in Waterville, Maine to pursue my Bachelors Degree in Computer Science; with the express purpose of getting into programming.

Since I completed my Bachelors, I have taken training through the State using PluralSight to expand my technical knowledge of the technologies implemented on my team, and to grow in my professional skills as well.
